Description
A light, fun and easy-to-fish combo built for finesse — bream, whiting, trout, and working small lures and soft plastics in the estuaries and skinny water.
It pairs the Daiwa 23 Aird 2000, a compact, lightweight spinning reel in the ideal finesse size, with the Daiwa 24 Aird X 702ULXS — a 7’0″ ultralight rod with a sensitive tip that picks up the softest bites and a forgiving action that protects light leaders. Easy to cast all day and a pleasure to fish, it suits newcomers finding their feet and seasoned light-tackle anglers alike. The Aird range delivers dependable performance at a price that’s easy to justify, making this a brilliant entry into light lure fishing.
Light, sensitive and beautifully balanced, this combo is an ideal estuary and finesse setup. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
