Description
A versatile, hard-wearing combo that covers a huge range of fishing — flathead, bigger bream, snapper, salmon and light beach or rock work, plus casting lures and baits for solid fish.
It pairs the Daiwa 23 Aird 5000-CH, a compact high-speed spinning reel that balances line capacity with a fast retrieve, with the Daiwa 24 Aird X 702MHFS — a 7’0″ medium-heavy rod with enough backbone to handle good fish while keeping the feel and castability you want for working lures. It’s a step into more capable all-round territory without being overkill. The Aird range is built to deliver dependable performance at an easy-to-justify price, making this a genuine do-it-all workhorse.
Well-balanced, tough and ready for just about anything, this combo is an ideal all-rounder for the estuary, beach, rocks or boat. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
