Finding the right hook: use the Hook Type filter – octopus/beak for bait fishing, circle for live bait and catch-and-release, long shank for whiting and worms, suicide for snapper, gang hooks for pilchards and tailor, assist hooks for jigging, worm/EWG for soft plastics. Then narrow by size in the product. Sinkers: ball and bean for running rigs, snapper leads for the paternoster, star and breakaway for the surf.
