Description
The Okuma Cedros is a serious spinning reel built for anglers who need reliability under pressure. Constructed with Litecast® lightweight composite components and an aluminium spool, it delivers a solid, well-balanced feel without unnecessary bulk. The Dual Force Drag System provides smooth, consistent drag pressure up to 15kg on the smaller models and 20kg on the larger 8000–14000 sizes — more than enough grunt for pelagics, snapper, kingfish and serious offshore work. Gearing Stabilization Design keeps the drive system precise under load, while six High Performance Bearings plus one roller bearing ensure a refined retrieve across the range. Gear ratios of 5.8:1 on the 4000–6000 and 5.4:1 on the 8000–14000 give strong line recovery suited to both jigging and live bait presentations. A dependable performer at its price point, the Cedros earns its place on the rod. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
