Abu Garcia BMax Spin Reel

Description

The Abu Garcia Black Max is a no-nonsense spinning reel built for anglers who want reliable performance without blowing the budget. Featuring a Hybrid V-Rotor and Hybrid Spool design, the Black Max delivers smooth, balanced retrieves with reduced weight where it matters. The Rocket Line Management System and Rocket Spool Lip work together to improve casting distance and reduce line tangles — a genuine advantage when you’re throwing lures or bait across a wide range of saltwater and freshwater scenarios. With 3+1 bearings, a 5.2:1 gear ratio across all sizes, and a max drag pushing up to 9.1kg on the 6000, this reel punches well above its price point. Four sizes — 2500 through to 6000 — cover everything from estuary species like bream and flathead through to heavier work on tailor, salmon, or jewie. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
