Description
The 24 Emeraldas X LT 2500-XH is Daiwa’s dedicated eging reel built for serious squid anglers who demand precision and reliability. Weighing just 210g, it pairs a fast 6.2:1 gear ratio with a smooth 7+1 bearing system and a 10kg drag — plenty of stopping power for aggressive Australasian squid. The Airdrive Design reduces rotor weight for lighter, more responsive cranking, while Magseal protection keeps saltwater out of the body bearing, extending the reel’s service life in harsh coastal conditions. Tough Digigear machining ensures the drive gear holds up to season after season of hard use. Whether you’re working jigs along rocky headlands, off jetties, or out of a kayak, this reel delivers the sensitivity and smooth operation eging demands. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
