The Shimano Beastmaster 3000II is Shimano’s most powerful 3000-size electric reel ever built — a flagship deep-drop and game reel engineered to break the limits of what a compact electric can do.
For the first time in the 3000 series, Shimano has introduced a two-speed system. In speed mode the Beastmaster 3000II reaches a maximum winding speed of 215m/min — matching the Beastmaster 3000XS — while power mode delivers a sustained winding force of 25kg that surpasses even the larger Beastmaster 9000. It’s genuine big-fish lifting power in a body you can still palm comfortably through a long session.
Built around a rigid HAGANE body and a reinforced gear system, the 3000II carries a 25kg maximum drag force for the durability needed in hard fights with deep-water bruisers like bass groper, blue-eye trevalla, hapuka, amberjack and large kingfish. The exclusive GIGA-MAX brushless motor drives the speed and torque, while the easy-read LCD counter keeps depth, speed and tension in front of you the whole way down and back.
