Browse the site, open a rod or reel, pick the size you want and tap “Add to Wishlist” to save it, then tell us your pick — any rod and any reel up to $1,000 combined. One entry per person each week.
Drawn Monday
We draw a winner live on Instagram every Monday at 6 pm and DM, call and email them that night. Win, and your combo is yours to collect or we ship it free.
Enter once each week — every week is a fresh chance. Winners are announced on Instagram and contacted the same night.

The fine print

- Who can enter?
- Anyone living in NSW, VIC or QLD — no age limit, no purchase needed. Under-18s need a parent or guardian to claim the prize. Advanced Fishing staff and their immediate families can’t enter.
- How do I enter?
- Follow @advancedfishing_1 on Instagram and fill in the entry form with the rod, reel and gear you want. One entry per person per week — come back the next Monday and enter again.
- What if my combo is over $1,000?
- We’ll cover the first $1,000 and you can pay the difference, or swap to a combo under the cap. No cash alternative.
- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. It’s free to enter. If you’re in one of our stores, scan the QR code at the counter and you can enter on the spot.
- Can I win more than once?
- One prize per person for the whole promotion. Each week is drawn from that week’s entries only.
- How will I know if I’ve won?
- We draw live on Instagram at 6 pm Monday, then DM, call and email the winner that night. We check the winner is following us before the prize is handed over.
