Description

The Shimano 23 Stradic FM is a refined, high-performance spinning reel built for serious anglers who demand reliability across a wide range of saltwater and freshwater applications. Constructed with a HAGANE body and gear, it delivers rigid, distortion-free performance under load, while MicroModule Gear II and InfinityXross technology ensure a smooth, precise retrieve that holds up cast after cast. SilentDrive reduces unwanted noise and vibration, and X-Protect water resistance keeps internals protected in demanding conditions — from estuary bream and bass to offshore light jigging and surface work. Available across six sizes from 1000 to 5000 compact, there’s a Stradic FM suited to virtually every technique. Whether you’re fishing soft plastics around Sydney structure, chasing flathead in the shallows, or working poppers over reef, this reel punches well above its price point. Available in store at our Liverpool and Chipping Norton stores, or order online for Australia-wide delivery.
